Transfers from one financial institute to another is not a big deal.
The route from Dwolla to your BTC exchanger is a bigger deal.
Even these though should not be a big deal.
It's your money do what you want with it.
I don't see any normal flags being raised from these transactions.

First of all you can only transfer bitcoins to or from TradeHill if you are not on Tor.
Second go to your account on Silkroad. Select how many bitcoins you want to send to Tradehill.
Back on Tradehill go to deposit funds, select BTC for bitcoins, enter how many btc you want to send and it enter.
Tradehill will give you a bitcoin address that will last for 24 hours.
Takes about an hour for the transaction to be complete.

I use to ship clones within the US, but summertime is a bad time to be shipping clones and they have to be overnighted. I no longer grow so I have no clones to ship.
